Our biscuits are deliciously soft bite and hand-iced with crunchy royal icing. We currently offer the following flavours:

• Vanilla – our signature flavour, rich and moreish, with real Madagascan vanilla and vanilla royal icing

• Lemon – zesty, bright and fresh, with lemony royal icing

Please enjoy your delicious biscuits while they are at their freshest! Our biscuits have a best before date of up to 4 weeks from baking if they stay unopened in their original packaging or are opened and stored in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate.

Vanilla biscuits contain: plain flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), butter (milk), sugar, egg, vanilla extract, cornstarch, baking powder (cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate) and salt.

Lemon biscuits contain: plain flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), butter (milk), sugar, egg, lemon zest, cornstarch, baking powder (cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate) and salt.

Royal Icing contains: icing sugar, water, meringue powder (wheat starch (wheat), dried egg, albumen (egg), sugar, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, lactic acid, dextrose, stabiliser (Guar Gum)), cornstarch, baking powder (cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), vanilla extract or lemon juice, food colours*

Allergen information: Our biscuits contain milk, wheat and egg.  The biscuits are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts and sesame.

Depending on design, your biscuits may contain any of the following colours: E102, E104, E110, E122, E123, E124, E129, E133, E151, E153, E155, E171, E172, E422, E551, E555, E1520 (*some colours used may have an adverse effect on the activity & attention of children).

Our biscuit boxes are 240mm x 160mm x 30mm and each box weighs approximately 200 grams (net).

Biscuit sizes can vary but most biscuits are 6-7cm tall or wide at the largest point if they are in a gift box of 6-8 biscuits.

As all our biscuits are hand-cut and hand iced to order, there may be some small variations in colour, size and decoration.

All biscuits are made to order, hand-cut, hand-iced, packaged and able to be shipped within 4 working days (or at a future date). Please consider timing when placing your order. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, once your biscuits are ready for dispatch. The postage price will be added to each order.

It is possible to arrange for courier companies to collect biscuit orders from us.

The biscuit gift boxes will fit through most letter-boxes.  We make every effort to package the biscuits so that they will not be damaged in the post, however they are a fragile product, so the postie or courier may prefer to hand deliver.

Each biscuit in a biscuit gift box is glued down with royal icing to a food safe cushion pad and covered with an extra cushion pad before placing in the gift box and finishing with a ribbon. The gift box is then packaged in a corrugated postal box for protection during transit.

Yes, if you live locally you can collect from our home bakery address by prior arrangement – please email us at hello@cookiecupid.co.uk. 

No receipts, order details or invoices are included in the packaging. Just add a short note in your enquiry form if you’d like one included.

Unfortunately, we don't offer gluten free, dairy free or vegan options at present.  

Although the actual biscuits do not contain nuts, they are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts and sesame.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order in perfect condition. If you have received the wrong order, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund. If the order has arrived damaged then send a photo and we will resolve for you.
